Additional finalist is $999. The Evidence-Based Hiring Program starts at $24,000 per year for teams making multiple important hires, and includes reusable role configurations, priority turnaround, program reporting, governance across hiring teams, and dedicated support. Enterprise is custom-priced for organizations embedding SignalVerified across hiring, with enterprise governance, reporting, integrations, custom workflows, and SLA options. A $299 one-hour Calibration Session is available on request for teams that want the role-aligned work scenario and evaluation standard built first. When is it used?
TheSignal runs at the final stage: after final interviews and before the offer. It is the verification layer for your finalists. If your problem is at the top of the funnel, we would like to talk. The same SignalVerified Standard can be applied earlier in the process.
Is the candidate scored by AI?
SignalVerified is human-governed and AI-delivered. Certified human reviewers set and govern the published 4.0 SignalVerified Evaluation Standard, AI delivers the read against that standard, and every snapshot is traceable to the standard, the response, and the reasoning. This is the opposite of black-box scoring.
How is this different from a take-home assignment?
Take-homes are usually unstructured, slowly scored, and subjectively evaluated. SignalVerified uses a calibrated rubric, trained external reviewers, a 72-hour SLA, and a defensible written summary.
Is there a guarantee?
